Abstract

|
This study is to perform a systematic review to objectively examine the effect of prevention of pressure ulcers. The inclusion and exclusion of study, the quality assessment of studies, data analysis was carried out. PRISMA 2009 flow diagram in accordance with the selection process of this research was done. The articles were retrieved from domestic and international study from 1990 to April, 2010, and the quality assessment of this study analyzed by Jadad et al (1996), a randomized controlled study of quality assessment tools were used. The mean scores of quality assessment scores were 1.28 and eight studies obtained high quality level. Postural Changes arbitration side, paper selection criteria suitable for the analysis of selected papers, the results of this study was selected a total of 35, 3 study of position change intervention, 8 study of nutrition Intervention, 24 study of pressure-reducing intervention. The result of study expect the decreasing in pressure ulcers based on the health status of individuals, nutrition and pressure reducing intervention
